that will show us the real picture. we've been watching bands of snow move in, some heavy, some lighter. it looks like things are just beginning to wind down over the next few hours. there is still some moderate snow this baltimore. to the east it's lighter. there is another batch way out to the west. let's go out to the east first. let's look at the dover radar scan. you see moisture continues to pile in off the atlantic. there is winds that are coming back out of the north-northwest dropping temperatures quite a bit. that's what's making the & much dry ther than it was earlier. we had some sleet and rain mixed in last night. that's all ended except right along the coast where they're getting rain. you see these areas of snow continuing to bring into our region moderate and some heavy areas of snow. we'll continue to see this probably until at least mid- or late afternoon across the baltimore area, probably ending as flurries sometime this evening. temperatures by then will be around 20 degrees or so. bernadette joins
